I’m Jess, a home cook, host and entertainer who believes the best nights are the ones where everyone ends up lingering around the table long after the plates are cleared.

I grew up in rural New South Wales in a big family where food was how we showed our love for one another and how we came together. That’s still my approach today: generous, family-style dishes in big bowls, easy make-ahead menus, and gatherings that feel thoughtful but never fussy.

I’m the creator of The Dinner Party Guide—a collection of hosted menus and step-by-step entertaining guides designed to help hosts feel calm, prepared and excited when they invite people over. Alongside this, I partner with brands across food, home and lifestyle on:

• Recipe development and testing

• Hosting and entertaining content

• Campaigns and brand storytelling
